Meet the speaker:
Elizabeth Sturdy has been a Digs member for two and a half years. She is a certified coach (CPCC ACC), workshop facilitator, and founder of Sturdy Coaching. Her mission is to empower Trondheimers to cut the crap (avoidance, perfectionism, people pleasing), build resilience, and create inclusive and sustainable lifestyles and workplaces. Her clients and partners include individuals and groups at NTNU, Simula, Forskerforbundet, Work in Trondheim, Startup Migrants, members of the startup community, and many others.
