Trondheim Opportunity is an annual mentoring program for highly skilled immigrants without a relevant job. The gathering at Digs focuses on evaluating and developing the mentor and mentee.

Trondheim Opportunity is an annual mentoring program for 20 mentors and 20 mentees. The mentees are highly educated and skilled immigrants, seeking job opportunities. The mentors are leaders with an extended network and different sector knowledge. It is crucial to strengthen the mentees opportunity to get relevant jobs and at the same time secure access to the right competence for the business and public sector, in order to use cultural diversity to create growth.
