We started to work on Mesh Youngstorget long in advance of Corona, and in no way did we anticipate the crazy ride we have been on the last 15 months. It is therefore with great pleasure, we are finally able to open up the doors to our newest HUB and welcome the startup scene back in. We will open the doors to members on Friday the 4th of June, and from the following Monday, we will be open for everyone who wants to meet, lunch, work or After Work!
“ Through the pandemic, it has become crystal clear to us that we want to reaffirm our commitment to the Nordic startup scene.”
Anders Mjåset, founder of Mesh
The full opening of Mesh Youngstorget is also, in many ways, the launch of Mesh post-corona. Through the pandemic, it has become crystal clear to us that we want to reaffirm our commitment to the startup scene and going forward our goal is to create better and more advanced products to accelerate the region’s ambitious startups. Opening up again, with a brand new HUB, is the first step in that direction.
With Mesh Youngstorget, we are trying to establish a new focal point for the startup scene. What you will see on Friday is a new concept called the Workbar. The Workbar is the heart of our HUBs, connecting members with each other, the greater community and the public. A place for you to meet, work, connect, be inspired, eat and drink. It is the modern social workspace and hospitality concept, where you can book podcast studios and meeting rooms just as easily as you can get food and drinks, and as soon as we are allowed to have big events again we will program the space to inspire all its users with great content.

We have deeply missed the daily interaction with the tens of thousands of people that make up the community. We warmly welcome you back, and together we hope that we will be able to make Mesh Youngstorget an epicentre for the startup scene in Norway.
From the whole Mesh crew – WELCOME BACK!
