Mesh Nationaltheatret is the official headquarters during Oslo Innovation Week. This hub offers a selection of services, and it’s a great place to connect with other participants. Grab a bite to eat, attend open events, or book a private meeting room or day pass for workspace. We’ve got you covered during OIW 2024.
Work
During Oslo Innovation Week, we provide a free workspace called the lounge, where you can sit with a cup of coffee and your laptop or collaborate with your colleagues. The lounge offers phone booths, quiet space and collaboration space.
If you need a workspace for a full day, you can purchase a day pass that includes our flex desk option on the 8th floor. The day pass provides access to comfortable chairs, adjustable desks, and screens you can connect to. You can buy day passes for 420 NOK either on arrival or in advance.

Book a Meeting Room
We offer various spaces for meetings and workshops, all equipped with Cisco devices for easy video conferencing. To accommodate the expected increase in meetings during the event, we have split bookings into two types:
- Meeting Rooms: These can be booked in advance for longer sessions at the normal price. Please follow the link below to book a meeting room.
- Short Slots: These are available for quick meetings of up to 20 minutes each, starting from the first day of the event. They are free to use.

Welcome to the Workbar at Mesh Nationaltheatret, the perfect place for work, networking, inspiration, and refreshments during Oslo Innovation Week. Our kitchen offers a daily selection of fresh breakfast, lunch, baked treats, and snacks. At our bar, you can select from a variety of beverages including wine, beer, soft drinks, and juices. Don’t miss out on our fantastic beer deal: three beers for just 200 NOK!
