Morgenmyldring: Morning Rave & Yoga

Wake up to 90 minutes of dancing to harmonical beats by a local DJ. Dance is a well documented scientific way to wake body and mind, and gives you a natural cocktail of dopamine, oxytocin, serotonin and endorfines.
The event is alcohol free, but we will serve coffee, followed by breakfast and yoga on the roof terrace.
