Association of Tech Startups in Denmark x Matrikel1 are teaming up for an event about leadership and building strong company culture.

There are quite a few things to keep in mind as your company is growing and scaling internationally. Topics, such as leadership, as well as how to build a strong company culture, should be a top priority, but can be really hard to navigate in. In this episode of Technerds with Camilla Ley Valentin from Queue-it, we will dive into Leadership and Multinational Company Culture in the context of massive growth and internationalisation. We will talk about how parties and alcohol are a big part of the startup culture as well as creative and respectful alternatives. We will talk about not necessarily changing your leadership style during internationalisation but the importance of explaining and elaborating it to your employees.
