Leading with Inclusion and Diversity in the Tech Industry by Random Hacks of Kindness
24 March 2022 @ 6:00 pm - 8:00 pm CET
FreeWe are back with a new date, 24th of March, for our event!
About the event
How can we make sure all people are welcome and included, when innovating and creating value? The benefits of fostering diversity and inclusion in tech seem undeniable, yet, the gap is still there. Latest studies show that diverse teams outperform other teams, by providing broader viewpoints and stronger networks, and more closely matching target customers.
On March 24th, we’ll discuss how to ensure inclusion and diversity in the process of developing solutions. One of our speakers, Plamena Cherneva, will highlight the issue weighing on the tech industry, and guide us towards creating more diverse teams and making organizations attractive to a wider group of people. This will be followed by a panel discussion where Tegan Spinner joins us to expand the conversation and chat about how to improve the status quo and move towards more inclusive workspaces.
The talk will be followed by an open discussion panel, and later on a networking session while enjoying drinks and good vibes.
